More than one answer can fit a pair of clues. Duonaut rewards you for finding an accepted answer beyond the first one that comes to mind.

Five destinations

The current standard tiers are:

Tier Distance
🌍 Low Orbit +10,000 km
🌕 Moon +25,000 km
🔴 Mars +50,000 km
🌌 Deep Space +100,000 km
🌠 Galactic +250,000 km

Your mission distance adds together the boosts from all six connections. A skipped or timed-out connection contributes zero kilometres. Distance is a game score, not a real measurement of your knowledge or a claim about space travel.

Rarity is assigned before you play

Each accepted answer has a tier in the mission's content. Your tier does not change because someone else submitted the same answer, and you do not need to wait for a live player count to receive your score.

Less-obvious answers are intended to earn more distance within their category. This is a designed ranking, not a live survey of what every player knows. A familiar answer can be unusual to one person and obvious to another. Finding a rare answer is a fun part of the game, not a test of intelligence.

Names and rewards belong to the mission data. If a future mission changes them, its own displayed tiers apply. Saved results retain the rewards from the mission you played.

Spelling corrections do not reduce your boost

When a small typo or known alias is recognised, the game scores the accepted answer at its usual tier. The flight result can show the spelling correction. A correction does not turn a Galactic answer into a lower tier.

An incorrect guess stays editable while time remains. An accepted answer ends the connection, so decide whether to submit a safe answer or spend a little longer looking for another one.

Your distance and the community chart are different things

The community chart compares submitted total distances for the same daily mission. It stays hidden until at least 20 entries are available. Scores are grouped into 10,000 km ranges, so the displayed average is an estimate and the comparison uses whole lower ranges.

Community scores are anonymous browser submissions. They are not a verified worldwide leaderboard, and the game does not claim that the comparison measures every player. Practice and older saved missions are not added to today's distribution.

Read the rules or try a practice flight before your next daily mission. The flight notes offer ways to search for an overlap without publishing daily answers.
