One answer has to fit two clues. That is the whole idea behind Duonaut, a free daily word connection game you can play in your browser.
Watch the second clue settle
Each connection starts with a fixed clue. Category words orbit the moon until one settles into place. Together, the two clues describe the answer you need to find. The daily selection is the same for everyone.
The homepage uses “Something French” and “Pastry” as a teaching example. Croissant fits both. A less-obvious accepted French pastry can earn a bigger distance score. This example explains the mechanic; it is not a hint for today's mission.
Enter an answer within 30 seconds
The timer begins once your category is selected. Type one answer and submit it with Enter or the arrow button. You can edit and retry an incorrect guess while time remains. Small spelling mistakes and known aliases can be recognised, but not every possible wording is supported.
Once an answer is accepted, that connection is finished. You cannot replace it with a rarer one. If you cannot find an answer, Skip moves on without a boost. Running out of time also earns no distance for that connection.
See where your answer takes you
Accepted answers have a rarity tier assigned in the game content. The five destinations run from Low Orbit to Galactic. A flight animation shows your destination and earned distance, then the next connection begins automatically. If your device requests reduced motion, you see a still result instead.

Finish all six connections
A mission contains six connections. The debrief shows the distance you earned, your six-stop flight path and a shareable result. Your daily results and streak are stored on your current browser, so clearing browser storage can remove them. An account is not required.
The next daily mission starts at midnight UTC while new missions are available. The current set contains 120 days, ending on 11 February 2027. After the available set ends, the site offers practice and saved results rather than quietly repeating a daily mission.
Try a practice flight
Practice mode draws from a separate pool of category wheels. It is useful for learning the rhythm and trying different kinds of connection. It does not replace today's saved result or add to your daily streak. The pool is finite, so categories can repeat.
